Batched & Bottled is a recipe book for cocktails you can pre-make and bottle, and either pour straight over ice or leave to mature for an hour, a month or even a year. The book had to reflect the authors, who own a bar in Hackney, east London. The photography to incorporate the social aspect of drinking, as well as showing elements of fun and the quirky nature of the drinks themselves.
